  • 18/hour Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Meaningful one-on-one patient care Flexible scheduling with dependable hours Supportive, family-oriented culture Opportunity to make a difference every day Ongoing training and professional development 24/7 clinical support Mission-driven organization focused on patient outcomes What You'll Do Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Personal hygiene Dressing Grooming Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being Follow care plans and caregiver instructions Document care as required Build positive relationships with patients and families Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff Qualifications Required Must be at least 18 years of age Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current CPR certification Current TB test or screening as required Valid government-issued identification Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions Ability to document care accurately Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required for patient care Ability to assist with transfers and mobility activities Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly Ability to work in a home care environment safely and effectively Preferred Experience working with pediatric or medically fragile patients Home health experience Schedule & Flexibility Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling based on availability Day, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available Consistent one-on-one assignments
