We're seeking an experienced General Manager who knows how to lead from the front by inspiring teams, elevating standards, and building guest loyalty every day. General Manager Compensation & Benefits Base salary $80k

- no more than 3 employers in 5 years Background in upscale casual restaurant environments
- Country Club, Hotel, or Contract Food Service backgrounds are NOT a fit Proven success leading high-volume operations with $4M+ in annual sales Demonstrated leadership through accountability and motivation Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills Proven success in developing managers and hourly employees to the highest standards Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly) Strong Wine knowledge
