•CNA with flexible PRN (AS NEEDED) availability

•The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be responsible for personal care and assisting with activities of daily living with clients in their homes. All employees must be committed to the concepts, philosophy, and mission of Focused Healthcare and possess the desire to assist individuals to maximize their independence and reach their fullest potential in their personal residence. Assistants will operate under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients. Help with mobility of patients. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Document patient care activities accurately in medical records. Support nursing staff in various tasks as needed, including urgent care situations. Skills Experience in home care is highly desirable (not required). Familiarity with home care practices. Knowledge of patient service protocols. Ability to provide compassionate care. Experience in behavioral health is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
