Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Male Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to serve clients in the Durham area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care, with experience with children on the spectrum. This role involves providing comprehensive support to promote independence, safety, and well-being in various home and community settings. Qualifications Valid CNA certification or PCA training with relevant experience in long-term or home health care. Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or community-based settings preferred. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. CPR certification required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide respectful, patient-centered care in diverse environments.
