As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Belaire Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility, located in the heart of Gastonia, North Carolina, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with modern amenities and a commitment to rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing excellence in patient care Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents

Requirements:

Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience as a CNA preferred
