Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Residential Staff Member with CNA experience to provide 1 on 1 compassionate care and support to one or our members. Hours are every other Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm each day The ideal candidate will possess strong caregiving skills, experience with individuals with disabilities, and a passion for improving residents' well-being. This role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a respectful, engaging environment for residents during weekend shifts. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols, maintaining detailed documentation. Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with transfers and prevent injury. Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to infection control practices and assisting with light housekeeping tasks as needed. Document resident progress using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with team members regarding care plans. Must Have High School Diploma Valid CNA Certificate Valid Driver's License Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Strong caregiving skills combined with compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities.

$17.00 per hour
