Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges, and those requiring hospice or palliative care. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) including CPR certification.
