Full Job Description Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE A CNA LICENSE
Weekends 9am-1pm and 3pm-7pm 2 position to hire 2 new CNA's 2 weekend out the month Serious inquiry Only Job to start as early as this week- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or supervisor
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help patients with behavior management and social interaction
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
Skills:
- Strong patient care skills, including the ability to assess and respond to the needs of individuals
- Familiarity with nursing home regulations and standards of care
- Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of behavior management techniques for patients with challenging behaviors
- Knowledge of social work systems and resources for patient support
