Position Summary We are looking for reliable, compassionate Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Bismarck team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, personal care, and meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities Personal Care:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.
Daily Support:
Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with medication reminders. Developmental & Life Skills Support (DSP): Help clients achieve personal goals, engage in community activities, and build independence.
Companionship:
Provide empathetic, respectful interaction, emotional support, and active listening.
Observation & Reporting:
