Job Description

JCH&L Gardenside LTC is looking for CNA or CNA/MA Gardenside LTC currently has 1 part-time CNA or CNA/MA position open:
Part-Time Evening Shift:
Every-other weekend and PRN, 1:45pm - 10:15pm, Position requires every-other weekend and rotating holidays. Position Summary The CNA provides personal resident care in cooperation with other care providers to meet the needs of our residents. Contributes to the completion of the comprehensive assessment and care plan for each resident and provides cares in accordance with the individualized plan of care. Performs duties in such a way to enhance teamwork and professionalism. Communicates effectively with other care providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers call lights, promptly Completes ADL, work sheet, turn sheet and restraint sheet every shift. Reports all changes in the residents condition. Assist residents with all aspects of their daily living needs. Performs all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, as instructed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Certified Nurse Aide certification from the State of Nebraska or willing to obtain certification.
