3 x 12 Day shifts.Pay Rate:
$28/hr Both Travel and Local candidates are welcome to apply! Responsibilities Provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care to residents. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, ambulation, and personal care. Take and document vital signs, weights, intake, and output. Report changes in resident condition promptly to the RN/LPN. Assist with mobility and transfers according to facility procedures. Follow the established plan of care and nursing instructions.Pay:
