48 hours Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to patients across various care settings, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialized care, including those with complex medical needs or cognitive impairments. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and changes in patients' health conditions. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation while maintaining safety and preventing falls. Maintain patient comfort, hygiene, and a clean and safe environment while following infection control procedures. Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to registered nurses and other healthcare team members, and document care provided accurately.

Requirements/ Certificates:

1+ years of experience RN license Bachelor's degree

BLS STATE OF LICENSURE
