$490.00/Week We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 16-week travel contract opportunity in Claremont, NH . The LNA will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients/residents while supporting the nursing team in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient/resident care under the direction of nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning. Take and document vital signs and other assigned observations. Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation. Report changes in patient/resident condition to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment. Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards. Provide compassionate and respectful care. Requirements Active LNA/LNA-equivalent license or certification in New Hampshire , as applicable. Previous healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar experience preferred. Ability to work the assigned 3:00 PM
