In this part-time and full-time role, you will work weekends and provide direct care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Your expertise will help ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care, and you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient-centered care. As a Weekend Warrior LNA, you will: Provide quality patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as assisting with daily living activities Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with healthcare teams Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's mission and values, including compassion, respect, and excellenceRequirements:
