This unique contract opportunity is located in Marlborough, New Hampshire, with a consistent Monday through Friday morning schedule. You'll make a real difference by providing crucial 1:1 care for a preschool student, ensuring their health and safety each day in collaboration with educators and medical staff.
Key Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) license Experience working 1:1 with young children; pediatric or school-based care highly valued Dependable availability during weekday mornings Strong communication skills for teamwork and prompt reporting of concerns Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting student needs
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, individualized care to a preschooler throughout the school morning Attend to health, safety, and personal care according to LNA practice guidelines Monitor and respond to the student's daily needs and follow their individualized health/care plan Work closely with teachers, school nurse, and support team for comprehensive student care Update and maintain accurate health records and promptly share any changes or issues
