Bus Riding:

Required Responsibilities Provide direct nursing and personal care support to a 5th-grade student with complex medical needs. Work as part of a 2:1 support ratio alongside another staff member. Assist with the student's daily health and safety needs throughout the school day. Provide support during transportation, including required bus riding duties. Collaborate with school staff and the student's educational and medical support team. Follow established care plans, safety procedures, and school protocols. Requirements & Qualifications Active LNA license required. Previous experience supporting students in a school-based setting preferred. Experience working with 5th-grade level students with complex medical needs in a 2:1 ratio preferred. Must be comfortable providing coverage and support during bus transportation .
