NH Mountain Town CRNA Opportunity | $357K Base Salary + Additional Call Pay | 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off A CRNA is needed in a family-friendly New Hampshire mountain community known for its stunning scenery, outdoor recreation, and welcoming small-town charm. This award-winning location offers affordable real estate, excellent local amenities, and some of the most breathtaking views in the region. Enjoy a true work-life balance with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule while practicing independently in an all-CRNA environment. CRNAs perform their own lines and regionals and enjoy a diverse case mix. Earn a $357,000 base salary plus additional call compensation. Call is shared in a 1:5 rotation with up to 6 call days per month. Excess call beyond 6 days is paid at $2,000 per 24-hour shift, and post-call shifts are compensated at $1,300 per shift. The position also includes up to $20,000 in loan forgiveness.
