Job Description

ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across partner healthcare facilities. In this flexible, on-site role, you'll assist with daily living activities, monitor and document vital signs, and support safe mobility for residents and patients. You'll collaborate closely with nurses and care teams, follow care plans and infection control standards, and adapt quickly to different clinical environments. Through ShiftKey's tech-forward platform, you'll choose shifts that fit your schedule while helping facilities fill critical staffing gaps. Responsibilities Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition, reporting promptly to nurses and clinical staff. Support safe patient mobility, transfers, and positioning, using proper body mechanics and equipment. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in facility systems and follow care plans and clinical protocols. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards to protect patients and staff. Communicate clearly with nurses, facility staff, patients, and families to support a positive care experience. Adapt to diverse care settings, populations, and workflows across partner healthcare facilities. Collaborate with Shift Key and facility teams to confirm shifts, follow policies, and ensure reliable coverage.
