  • must work every Saturday and Sunday
  • can choose either shift
Job Description:
Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident's care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care planMaintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residentsEscort residents to meals and activitiesEnsures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shiftsDocument all services provided to your assigned residents during your shiftReport any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisorCertified Nursing Assistant and/or CHHA certification plus High School DiplomaKnowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experienceReports to the Health & Wellness Care Director.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
