Job Description
ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver compassionate, hands-on care across partner healthcare facilities. As a CNA, you will support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility, while promoting dignity and safety. You will measure and document vital signs, observe and report condition changes, and maintain accurate records in alignment with facility procedures. Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you'll collaborate closely with nurses and interdisciplinary teams, uphold infection control and HIPAA standards, and contribute to flexible, high-quality staffing that supports both clinicians and facilities. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and use of mobility aids Maintain accurate and timely documentation in facility records or EHR systems Support infection control, safety, and HIPAA/privacy standards at all times Collaborate with nurses and facility staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care Observe patients and promptly communicate concerns or incidents to clinical staff Maintain clean, safe patient environments and restock supplies as needed Required Skills Patient care assistance Vital signs monitoring Electronic health records (EHR) Infection control Basic life support (BLS) Safe patient transfer and mobility ADL support (bathing, dressing, feeding) HIPAA compliance Observation and reporting Time management
