Key Responsibilities 1. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Support Assist residents with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, oral care, shaving, nail care . Help with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care; offer ostomy support per facility policy .
Provide mobility assistance:
turning, repositioning, transfers (e.g., bed wheelchair), ambulation with devices . Assist in feeding and monitor nutritional/fluid intake, ensuring adherence to dietary orders .
