Galloway Twp, NJ 08205 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our healthcare team in Galloway Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality personal care and support to patients in a home or facility setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff or supervisors. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications Valid CNA and/or CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in home health care or long-term care is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Work Schedule This is a full-time position. Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on patient needs.
