7:00 a.m.-11:30 p.m. Candidates applying for the weekend position must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living. Take and record vital signs as directed. Support residents with meals, hydration, repositioning, and transfers. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures. Provide respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and other members of the care team. Requirements Active New Jersey CNA certification in good standing. Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred. Current physical and tuberculosis screening. Current CPR or BLS certification. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements promptly.
