Job Description

Shiftkey, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate, hands-on care in a variety of healthcare settings. Through ShiftKey's digital marketplace, you'll select shifts that fit your schedule while supporting facilities with critical staffing needs. In this mission-driven, tech-forward environment, you'll assist with daily living activities, monitor and document vital signs, uphold infection control standards, and collaborate closely with nurses to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across dynamic, fast-paced clinical settings. Responsibilities Provide direct bedside care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding support. Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in condition to nursing staff. Assist with safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility using proper body mechanics and equipment. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records per facility protocols. Support infection control by following hand hygiene, PPE, and cleaning/disinfection procedures. Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety, promptly addressing call lights and concerns. Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans and clinical workflows. Monitor for and prevent falls, pressure injuries, and other safety risks. Prepare rooms, restock supplies, and keep care areas clean and organized. Adapt to different facility settings and workflows while providing consistent, high-quality care.
