Our 174-bed center offers clinical excellence and a level of luxury unmatched in the area. As a CNA Weekend Warrior, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, including long-term care and therapy for young individuals with neurological impairments.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with minimal assistance High school diploma or equivalent required How to
