As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while helping create a comfortable, culturally enriching, and resident-centered environment. Candidates who speak Gujarati are highly preferred to enhance communication and engagement with our residents and their families.

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey CNA certification Gujarati-speaking preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Support a culturally sensitive and welcoming environment
