Revolutionizing Care Delivery™ We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Our award-winning center is proud of its convenient location next to Morristown Medical Center, providing seamless transitions between settings and access to the region's best medical care. Our newly renovated, 5-story center features state-of-the-art care and rehabilitation services, including a new TCU Unit with telemetry care and a dedicated subacute floor with mostly private suites.
Job Summary:
As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant at Morristown Post Acute, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. Your dedication to delivering high-quality care will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support resident mobility, balance, and transfer activities Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in resident-centered care conferences to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
Requirements:
Current CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
