Job Description
Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and comfort to our seniors in need of long-term nursing or rehabilitation care.Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care Communicating effectively with families and other healthcare professionals Working a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and overnights, to accommodate your flexible scheduleResponsibilities:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for: Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, maintaining a safe and clean environment Performing vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plansWhat We Offer:
