Job Description

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract opportunities with our Long Term Care facility in Las Vegas, NM.
Note:
Days and Nights available Must have a current CNA license in NM to apply Some psych experience needed - New treatment facility Substance abuse and Detox experience required
Local Pay Rate:
$28.00/hr Travel pay
Rate:
$28.00/hr combined $12/hr. taxed $16/hr per diem
Available Work Schedule:
NEW TREATMENT CENTER. MUST HAVE DETOX/SUBSTANCE ABUSE EXPERIENCE
Nights:
3x12 Hour Nights 7p-7:30a Thurs-Sat and 1x4-hour shift on
Wednesday Days:
7a-730p Sun-Tues and 1x4 Hour shift on Wednesday. times on Wed shift will vary 13-week and 26-week contracts available Every other weekend 40 hours guaranteed
Contract Term:
13 weeks to start (extension likely)
Job Details:
Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing) Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
Qualifications:
Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of NM required in hand, at time of resume submission Prior psych experience requred One year LTC/SNF in last 2 years required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expected hours: 40 per week
