Facilitate patient transfers using appropriate methods and equipment while practicing manual handling safety protocols. Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care or basic phlebotomy when trained and authorized. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient service and care continuity. Experience Prior experience working in long-term care facilities, hospitals, or assisted living communities is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices such as aseptic technique. Experience with electronic health records (EHR/Epic/eClinicalWorks/Cerner) systems for accurate medical documentation. Background in geriatrics, behavioral health, or pediatric care enhances your ability to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
