What You'll Do:
As a CNA at Elm Manor, you will play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing compassionate, hands-on care and support.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition Supporting residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Assisting during meal service and supporting nutritional needs Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Promoting a warm, positive, and respectful atmosphere for residents and families
Qualifications:
