Promote resident hygiene, safety, and comfort Assist with meals, distribute food/water, and feed residents Provide repositioning, transferring, ambulating, and transporting support Take and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output Document on flow sheets and communicate observations to nurses Assist with admissions, discharges, and postmortem care Perform perineal and uncomplicated colostomy care Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and prepare for housekeeping after discharge If you're a caring professional looking to make a meaningful difference every day, join our dedicated nursing team at Brothers of Mercy!
