Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center About the Role Join our compassionate team at Fairport Rehab & Nursing Center, where we strive to provide a personalized level of care to area seniors. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and family members Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Ability to lift and transfer residents with assistance Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff Dedication to upholding our organization's mission and values
What We Offer Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $22.00 per hour with pay commensurate with certification and years of post-certification experience
Shift Differentials:
+$1.50/hr for weekday B & C shifts and +10% more/hour for all weekend shifts
Available Shifts:
Day (7:00am - 3:00pm), Evening (3:00pm - 11:00pm) Nights (11:00pm-7:00AM)
Schedule Options:
Full-Time (37.5 hours per week), Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
Weekend Availability:
Every other weekend
Requirment Sign-On Bonus:
