CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
(CNA) Rate of Pay
  • $21.63
  • 26.
78 per hour, based on certification year $2.00 Shift Differential | $1.00 Weekend Differential $1,000
Sign On Bonus Schedule Options:
Evening Shift:
Full-time:
32 hrs/week, 2:45 pm
  • 11:15 pm, weekdays, and every other weekend with some holiday requirements
Night Shift:
Full-time :
32 hrs/week, 10:45 pm
  • 7:15 pm, weeknights, and ever other weekend with some holiday requirements.

Role:
The CNA is essential in promoting and restoring residents' quality of life by delivering compassionate nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing environment Provide hands-on nursing care as determined by individual care plans Ensure resident safety and comfort while lifting, transferring, and supporting them as needed Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Current New York State certification as a CNA required Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift Capacity to push, pull, lift, and transfer residents, particularly when lifting exceeds 35 pounds Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
