CNA / LTC
Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. Assist residents with ADLs , including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and oral care. Assist with ambulation, transfers, and mobility using Hoyer lifts, transfer belts, wheelchairs, and sliding boards. Perform turning and repositioning to promote comfort and prevent pressure injuries. Obtain and document vital signs , including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure. Provide incontinence, catheter, perineal, and skin care . Measure and record intake/output, weight, drain output, and dietary intake . Assist with specimen collection , labeling, and transport. Follow infection-control, PPE, and isolation precautions . Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked patient-care environment . Follow proper body mechanics and safe patient-handling procedures . Float to other areas/units as required by facility needs .
Pay:
