Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support safe transfers, positioning, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment Complete documentation in line with facility standards

Requirements:
