- with a leadership team that truly listens Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA): Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Support residents with meals and hydration needs Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards Document care provided accurately and timely Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm!
