Schedule:
Monday-Sunday Minimum 3 shifts per week

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00
PM Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing team in Rhinebeck, NY. This role focuses on providing direct resident care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting nursing staff to ensure residents receive quality care in a safe and comfortable environment. CNA Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe patient-handling techniques Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff Assist residents with meals, hydration, and overall comfort Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Document care and services provided according to facility procedures Communicate resident needs and concerns to RNs and LPNs Follow infection control, safety, and resident care protocols
Qualifications & Experience:
Active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Minimum 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong understanding of resident care, ADLs, and safety procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care Why Join This Opportunity?
