Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care techniques and behavioral health strategies. Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques during procedures such as catheter care and wound management to prevent infection.
