The Knolls of Valhalla has 3 open part time CNA positions guaranteed 2 days per week every other weekend these are 1199SEIU positions with Union Benefits.

Position Summary :

The primary purpose of your job is to provide direct care; provide supervision and assistance to the Nursing Home residents to help meet their daily care needs.

Such supervision and assistance includes:

knowing the whereabouts of your assigned clients at all times; providing assistance with activities of daily living; Provide support during activities and maintain a supervised, safe, environment; assist residents in attaining and maintaining their highest practicable level of independence, physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being; in accordance with the facility's established policies and procedures. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, ensuring accurate medical documentation. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with mobility and transportation of patients within the facility. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and communicate patient needs.
