AM Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility) Monitor and record vital signs and resident care Observe and report changes in residents' condition Assist with transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and specimen collection Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control procedures Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while working with the nursing teamRequirements:
