The Mellen Center for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) was established in 1984 and is now one of the largest and most comprehensive programs for MS care and research worldwide. Every patient deserves an accurate diagnosis and state-of-the-art treatment plan, so caregivers focus on addressing physical, emotional, cognitive and rehabilitation needs of the MS patient and their family members through a multi-disciplinary team approach. As an RN Ambulatory Team Lead, some of your responsibilities include chart prepping, black dot messages, tracking Leqembi MRIs, ordering supplies, daily seating assignments, medication waste audits, managing schedules and maintaining logs. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 5:30pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assist in providing clinical oversight to caregivers and patients. Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues. Perform the duties of an RN Ambulatory. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of caregivers. Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Two years of recent experience as an RN Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience
Physical Requirements:
Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires corrected hearing and vision to normal range. May requires some exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids. Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (

activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated
Light Work:
(1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range Minimum hourly:
$34.50 Maximum hourly: $54.40 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
