Every patient deserves an accurate diagnosis and state-of-the-art treatment plan, so caregivers focus on addressing physical, emotional, cognitive and rehabilitation needs of the MS patient and their family members through a multi-disciplinary team approach. As an RN Ambulatory Team Lead, some of your responsibilities include chart prepping, black dot messages, tracking Leqembi MRIs, ordering supplies, daily seating assignments, medication waste audits, managing schedules and maintaining logs. A caregiver in this position works 7:00am to 5:30pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assist in providing clinical oversight to caregivers and patients. Coordinate and resolve daily operational issues. Perform the duties of an RN Ambulatory. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives. Facilitate orientation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of caregivers. Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement and research activities. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Two years of recent experience as an RN Ability to travel to Cleveland Clinic regional locations Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience

Pay Range Minimum hourly:

$34.50 Maximum hourly: $54.40 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
