Job Responsibilities:

Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present Demonstrate pride in Sweetwater Care by keeping areas clean and safe Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work Respect the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications:

Previous job experience preferred but not required Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Ohio Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work within deadlines Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
