We are seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team at ProValidus Medical Staffing. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with

ADLs:

Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

Vital signs:

Monitor and record residents' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Mobility assistance:

Aid residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to maintain their mobility and prevent falls.

Resident monitoring:

Observe residents for changes in physical or mental conditions and promptly report concerns to the healthcare team.

Personal care:

Ensure that residents receive personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Collaboration:

Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and maintain a positive living environment for residents.

Documentation:

Accurately document care provided in the facility's electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications:

Active CNA Certification in the state of Ohio (required) . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
