As an agency nurse, you'll enjoy flexibility in your schedule, the opportunity to work in different healthcare settings, and the chance to gain diverse experience while delivering excellent patient care. You'll work closely with a medical team under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care. Responsibilities Accurately record patients' medical history and vital signs (BP, temperature, heart rate, etc.) Monitor patients' conditions, including fluid intake/output, and update patient charts Observe treatment progress and identify any side effects or changes Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and mobility Administer medications, injections, and wound care as prescribed Collect samples for lab testing as assigned Provide emotional support to patients and families Communicate effectively with family members regarding care and instructions Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license (required) Proven nursing experience in a healthcare setting (agency or facility) Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards Familiarity with EMR systems such as MatrixCare and PointClickCare (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and the ability to handle stressful situations Compassionate and patient-focused mindset Why Work as an Agency Nurse with Us?
