Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff Assist residents with meals and ensure proper hydration and nutrition Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity in daily living activities Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made Work collaboratively with nurses and other staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Create a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment for residents and their families Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times

Qualifications:

Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in Ohio required Previous experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling (including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed) Commitment to upholding the highest standards of resident care and safety Be part of a team where excellence isn't just a standard—it's a tradition. OF A STNA

To care and provide for assigned residents with daily routine nursing care under the direction of the Charged Nurse, RN/LPN Perform all duties in accordance with facility, federal and state standards.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A STNA

Must have an up to date STNA license.
