Works under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse. Performs tasks related to basic nursing care and additional procedure. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to assist the licensed nurse in providing nursing care to meet the age-specific needs of the resident. Observes, collects, documents and reports data in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains organizational standards by participating in in-services, committees, required meetings, and Performance Improvement projects. Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality of residents and Facility information. Contributes and fosters team approach in all operations.
