Due to increased sales and production needs BrenMar has several openings; Tig Welder/Fabricator The TIG Welder/Fabricator is responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures and components used in construction projects, primarily in the manufacturing environment. This includes working with various metals, such as steel, aluminum, and iron, to construct and repair different fixtures and structures. The Construction Welder must adhere to safety standards, work from blueprints, and collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time. Machinist The Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mill, manual mills, lathes, and related equipment to produce precision metal and plastic components. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to hold tight tolerances in a fabrication or job shop environment. Must have prior machinist experience in a fabrication/production environment. This is a true skilled Machinist position and is not a general "machine operator" position. Those without documents skilled Machinist experience will not be considered for the machinist position.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (5 years document experience may be substituted for education). Must have document experience on application/resume in one of the listed roles/positions: Tig Welder/Fabricator or Machinist Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, confined spaces). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 75 lbs). Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and working at heights. Comfortable working in outdoor and sometimes hazardous environments.
