Pay Rate:

$33.50-$49.60 hourly The Team Leader IV supervises the work of up to five or more employees for an assigned shift. Reports to the manager/supervisor and the primary purpose is to assign work and follow up on the work of other employees within the unit/department. Plans and assigns work to ensure maximum production and efficiency. Provides for and promotes inter and intradepartmental communication. Practices positive responses to job demands, changes, through organizational and time management to enhance positive outcomes in patient care and the Centers mission. Performs performance QA. Participates in interviewing new employee candidates. Enforces all FMC policies & procedures. Informs Manager/Assistant Manager of any concerns/problems. Counsels employee issues.

QualificationsJob Qualifications:

Associate Degree in nursing required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Valid license to practice nursing in the State of Ohio. Specialty certification preferred. 2 years of experience in the appropriate nursing specialty. Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
