Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with medication management and administration, as needed Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment Support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, promoting a positive and engaging environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

Requirements:

Valid STNA certification Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Emotional stability and empathy for residents' needs Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Lebanon, Ohio Our facility offers a comprehensive activity program, including bingo, musical entertainment, card games, beading, religious services, shopping trips, and more We foster an environment that encourages independence, creativity, and personal growth for our residents
